First Month Report (almost!)

Well, we have now been open almost a month. Gateway West opened on July 1st, and Camden Commons followed shortly on July 7th. We have faced the normal start-up challenges, but everything seems to settled into a nice routine. We have been very happy with the volume of patients that we are seeing. Gateway is routinely in double digits, and Camden Commons is gaining rapidly. Our team is gelling into a friendly and efficient group who quickly treats our patients.
In our facilities, customer service is not only a motto, but it is our culture. We attempt to call all of our patients back within a couple of days of their visit. So far our satisfaction rating has been 'outstanding'! Word of mouth and location have so far been our biggest marketing strategy to date. Now that we are running smoothly stay tuned for our media blitz! We also have a few other services to offer the community to show how we are heads and shoulders above the competition.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank my staff for their outstanding hard work and dedication. Thanks to them we are rapidly becoming the preeminent walk in medical care centers in Kent County!!

Grand Opening is Near

Well it has been a little bit since my last blog. We have been very busy in the mean time. We are adding staff all of the time. We are so excited about our opening on July 1st! Our buildings are beautiful. I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised when they see how well an independent organization can do minor care in this area. I appreciate all of the support that we have received from much of the medical community in this area. As one would expect, a few have been less then accepting of our appearance on the scene. Fortunately, the well-wishers far out-number those who don't wish us well.

I'd like to thank all of the people who have sent me their resumes so far. The interest in careers with our company has been amazing! Very soon I, along with our staff director, will begin the arduous process of interviewing all of the highly qualified applicants who have expressed an interest in Doc in a Box.
